Accommodation Booking Service

The Tourist Information Centre operates an accommodation booking service for customers over the telephone. For a small fee of £3.00 payable by credit/debit card (plus a 10% deposit, which is deducted from your bill) we will do all the work on your behalf. Using this system also enables us to obtain some preferential rates at many of our hotels, which could save you a considerable amount of money.

A nominal fee of £3 payable by credit/debit card applies to all telephone bookings. A non- returnable deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking with the Tourist Information Centre but this will be deducted from your bill on departure at the establishment.

The deposit taken from the guest represents the booking commission payable by the Accommodation Establishment to the TIC and is not refundable under any circumstances to either the Accommodation Establishment of the Guest.

Whilst the TIC makes every effort to find suitable accommodation, it cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from this booking, nor for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay at the accommodation establishment.
